Directed by Hal Hartley and produced by Possible Films, Anthem was eventually incorporated into Hartley’s full-length feature My America.
Suilebhan was later commissioned by the National New Play Network to develop a “podcast play.” Self-Preservation; or Pursuit is an audio theatrical experience intended to accompany a walk through downtown Washington, DC toward Union Station.
At present, Suilebhan and two collaborators are developing All Souls, a series starring Michael Potts (Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, True Detective, The Wire, Book of Mormon). Suilebhan is also writing and directing a short film adaptation of his one-woman show Cracked.
